Monica Yasgur, Vice President - Permanent Staffing

Monica Yasgur has been in the professional staffing field since the early 1990s and has built her career primarily serving the manufacturing and distribution industry. While Monica's geographic focus has been in the Central to Southeastern Pennsylvania market, she has also achieved success for numerous clients throughout the continental United States.

Prior to co-founding MODAN Solutions, she spent several years in temporary staffing with Kelly Services and then joined a national executive search firm, where she quickly excelled and advanced her career in direct hire/permanent staffing.

Monica is proud to have developed long-term relationships with her clients and values the trust and open communication she has with them.
