Daniel Stoltzfus, President
Since the late 1990s, Dan has recruited exclusively in the Accounting & Finance discipline. He has placed hundreds of professionals with dozens of companies throughout the Central Pennsylvania region, and has completed searches ranging from clerical to executive level within numerous industries.
Dan began his career in public accounting, and after obtaining his CPA license became a corporate income tax analyst while simultaneously pursuing his Masters in Taxation at Villanova University. Before founding MODAN Solutions, Dan spent several years with large national and regional search firms. He was responsible for new client development and strategic marketing efforts, and was a top producer within these organizations.
Dan is proud to have worked with the majority of his clients for over a decade and to have successfully utilized his recruitment process knowledge on many searches that were "off the beaten path". He believes in always doing what is best for his clients and his candidates. It is his commitment to excellence and his personal belief in always being honest and acting with the utmost integrity that makes him a leader in his market.
